Description: One Dozen (12+) Silkie “Showgirl” Chicken Hatching Egg Six (6) Silkie “Showgirl” Chicken Hatching Eggs Showgirl Silkies are fast becoming our favorite backyard pets. A Showgirl is a Silkie that expresses the Naked Neck gene, with its satin or silk-like feathers missing from the neck and sometimes breast/under wing area, they resemble costumed Vegas “showgirls,” complete with a medium to high vaulted crest as a fluffy pom-pom headdress! The headdress on the Showgirl rooster is slightly more elaborate, featuring a few silky feathers streaming gracefully backwards from lower and back part of the crest. They are unique, silly, and so much fun to raise! ⭐️ All of the roosters in this breeding pen are Silkie Showgirls, and about half of the hens are Silkie Showgirls or carry the Showgirl genes.️ Our June, 2023 hatch produced 15 Silkie Showgirls, 5 regular Silkies, most with medium to high vaulted heads. 100% of the eggs were fertile. ⭐️ You may hatch Silkie Showgirls or high quality Silkies in all color combinations possible including White, Black, Buff, Grey, Blue, Chocolate, Lavender, Calico, Silver Birchen, Golden Birchen, Mauve, Red Pyle, Splash, Paint, Porcelain, and Partridge. Most Showgirls will be “Bowtie,” but there is a possibility for “Stripper” and/or Frizzle varieties. In rare cases you may hatch a Satin Showgirl. The latest hatches have been producing some “Toasted Marshmallow” or Red Pyle varieties as pictured, but you never know which unique color pattern you may hatch next! Our extended 10 day handling period allows buyers to plan ahead and submit shipping requests, otherwise most orders go out within 24 to 48 hours after your payment has cleared. Your order includes a $15 non-refundable handling charge to cover packaging and labor expenses. We recommend that you select USPS Ground Advantage (2-6 Days) to avoid any additional hazards associated with air travel that often occurs with Priority Mail shipping. Both options include up to $100 to cover any losses that may occur during shipping and packages should be opened at the Post Office to check for losses before accepting them. All packages are automatically marked “Please call for pick up” and include the phone number associated with your eBay account. A day in the back of a mail carrier jeep with constant, bumpy off-road stops/accelerations is definitely not recommended.
