Dow Corning SYLGARD 184 silicone rubber is a two-component kit product composed of liquid components, including basic components and curing agent. The basic components are thoroughly mixed with the curing agent in a 10:1 weight ratio. The medium viscosity mixture has a consistency similar to SAE 40 motor oil. Regardless of thickness, the mixture will solidify into a tough, transparent elastomer suitable for electronic/electrical packaging and potting applications. Dow Corning SYLGARD 184 silicone rubber cures in the temperature range of 25~150℃ without exothermic phenomenon and does not require secondary curing. After the curing process is completed, it can be used immediately in the temperature range of -55~200℃. Product Features: 1. Low toxicity, no special precautions in routine industrial operations; 2. No solvent or curing by-products, no heat released during curing; no special ventilation conditions required, no corrosion; small shrinkage during curing; 3. After curing, it is transparent and elastic; it is earthquake-resistant and can slow down mechanical vibration; its vibration transmission performance is small; the components can be inspected with naked eyes and are easy to repair; 4.
