The buckles close with a positive lock and do not slip. These work great with our polypropylene and light weight nylon webbing. They do not work as well with heavy or super heavy nylon webbing due to the thickness of the webbing. D-rings, buckle, triglides etc. are sized by the webbing or straps they are meant to be used with. These are made for use with 5/8" webbing and or strap.
