(Bones Rails have 5 holes)After drilling the 1st holes with the 5/32 drill bit, remove the srews from the Rail or Tail Steps 2 & 3 (Skip step one for Nose Bones the hole is a 3/16th)Drill the second holes with a 3/16th drill bit, drill with light pressure so you don't split the woodDrill the Final hole with a 7/32 bit (od diameter of the Sex Bolts) again don't push the drill go slow.Install the Sex Bolts through the top of the deck, run the screws through the Rail or tail into the Sex Bolt. *For nose-guards (use a #10 flatwasher with a truss head screw (not a flathead) for all noseguards.Tighten the screws and your done installing. If you have any concern about the screws loosening use a non permanent blue loctite 242 on the screws.
