We only ship out fresh eggs and make sure your total count has been collected within 3 days. You are welcome to check on current shipping status before purchasing but normally we do run about 2 weeks or less. Eggs are not guaranteed to incubate successfully. There are variables that are not within our control. During the cold months especially if eggs freeze then thaw along the route to your location they will not hatch, even if they have only frozen for a short time and you are not aware of it. Incubation temp has to be correct and incubation procedures need to be followed precisely. We take great care to insure as much as possible that your eggs leave here with the best chances. We ship out every Saturday and use only fresh eggs that we collected on Fridays. We incubate our own as well. We currently do not offer baby quail chicks but you are welcome to check back with us about that later on Ebay! We also mix as much as possible so that if you are breeding your hatched quail you have the best chances of breeding non-related birds. You will receive 12 eggs. Shipping is $14.00 Priority Mail 3 days or less. Eggs are unwashed and natural and placed in cases designed only for quail eggs. Please do not wash the eggs as this will reduce your changes of hatching. Place your eggs in an incubator immediately after receiving them. If more than 2 eggs arrive broken let us know in your next order and we will send extra eggs at that time. There are no refunds, exchanges or discounts once orders have shipped.
