Description: For sale is a gorgeous German Porcelain plate with cobalt and gold design, set around the edge with a decorative openwork sterling rim.Plate marked Rosenthal in cartouche indicating that it was made in 1925-1939 specifically for American market. Sterling rim marked with the hallmarks of the Watson Silver Company of Attleboro, Massachusetts.Plate's diameter is 12", including 1" of reticulated sterling silver rim. It has one crack witch is not diminishing overall impression.
