Description: This listing, MY NUMBER 132a01, is for ONE (1) Roll of Fifty (50) authentic, original, circulated condition Lincoln Zinc Plated Steel Wheat Back Pennies/Small Cents from the Year 1943 as business struck at the United States Government Mint in Philadelphia. Each of these coins is irrefutably 80 years old! The roll you receive will be randomly assembled from my bin which has a mix of 1943 Dated Circulated Condition Cents bearing NO Mint Marks. In an effort to divert the metal Copper for use by the Allies in their World War II efforts, ALL of the small cent coins issued for circulation by the U.S. Mint in 1943 were struck on Solid Steel Planchets. After striking, each coin was Plated with Zinc to mitigate rusting. My images are of a TYPICAL Lot and NOT the actual lot that you will receive.
