However, in the event that items arrive damaged, you must inform THE URBAN SOLE immediately upon delivery and take pictures of the damaged item as well as the shipping box from all angles, and send them via message. Once the customer provides the necessary pictures and informs THE URBAN SOLE, we will immediately initiate a claim. A minimum of 8 pictures is necessary in order to file a claim. Once UPS/FedEx/USPS confirms that they have received the claim, THE URBAN SOLE will issue a full refund, which includes the price of the product(s), sales tax, and your full shipping cost.OTHER RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Customers are responsible for return shipping. Once items arrive, the customer will be issued a refund for the original cost of the product(s) including tax. If free shipping was offered for returned item(s), the original shipping cost will be withheld from the refund (receipt will be provided upon request). Original shipping cost is non-refundable.
