What you need to keep the plants thrive - Adequate lighting, please make sure you have a grow light for the plants. The light that usually comes with new tanks might not be suitable for growing live plants - CO2 injection can greatly improve plant growth - Fertilization both in substrate and water column - pH should be in the range of 6.5-7.5 - Temperature should be in the range of 70-80 degree for most plants Arrival: Plants may turn partly yellow/brown during shipping and roots may be damaged. That is OK—floating plants are extremely resilient and will begin multiplying within several days of being placed in your tank. What you are buying should be viewed as a "seed" from which you will eventually get more plants than you know what do do with! Returns: If you believe you received dead plants, you must send us a photo of the plants in their original packaging within 2 hours of when USPS delivered the item.
