The Matra-BAe AIM-132 was selected during the late 1990s as the RAAF's new Within Visual Range (WVR) AAM for use on the F/A-18A+, and possibly other RAAF types. Comprises:* Two ASRAAM wing-tip missiles.For use with any Hornet kit. ASRAAM is also used by RAF TORNADO GR4 and TYPHOON fighters. It was also used by the HARRIER GR7 until its retirement.
