This 1793 Great Britain Conder Token from Coventry features the iconic Lady Godiva. It belonged to a friend on mine that recently passed away. He had a small world coin collection that he put together in the 1950's & 1960's of about fifty pieces that I will be selling over the next couple months in my other listings. This 1793 Dated Great Britain Conder Token from Coventry is excellent and has toned nicely with age (see photos). The patina appears original and it has not been cleaned. It features the iconic Lady Godiva and an elephant to the other side (see photos). The coin is well struck and has a 1/2p denomination (see photos). This is a very nice/clean original 1793 Dated Lady Godiva halfpenny token that would be excellent for display with early British token collection.
