Description: Amazing condition 1836 Capped Bust Half Dollar. Mostly clean fields, full detail cap, 90% feathers on the eagle, full shield lines. There looks like a large die crack across the obverse. Clean, legible, lettered edge, but there is reeding around the * on the edge. Not sure if it's supposed to be there or not. An amazing specimen considering that it's 188 years old!
