Description: 1856 O 90% Silver Seated Half Dollar for sale. The coin pictured is the exact coin you will receive. The date is nearly worn away, however, the top of the 5 and curved top of the last digit can be seen with a good eye. While at first glance it may be hard to tell if this is dated 1856 or 1858, the spacing between the top of the 5 and top of the last digit exactly matches the 1856 date, as well as the fact that the wider ball of the upper right part of the 6 can be seen with a good eye allowing us to be certain of the date. This coin is heavily worn and would possibly grade PO1 if sent in. It has hairline scratches on the front from an old cleaning.
