Description: 1860’s USE MILLER’S HAIR 50 CENT HAIR DYE CIVIL WAR TOKEN SCARCER INCUSELY-STRUCK VARIETY Louis Miller was a New York City barber who also sold a line of hair products. This particular Civil War ‘one-cent’ token provided hard-to-find small change as well as promoting Millers 50-Cent Hair Dye! From what I’ve read from other listings - this is a scarcer variety where the text is sunken into the copper blank instead of being raised above the flat surface! I grade the coin as Extremely-Fine with one side exhibiting a slightly weaker strike than the other (which seems to be the norm). I believe I’ve priced the item fairly - $75.00 with free Ground Advantage shipping in a smaller-size bubble-padded envelope. Thanks for taking a look!
