Description: 1871 S 90% Silver Seated Liberty Dime for sale. The coin in the pictures is the coin you will receive. The mintmark is EXTRMELY FAINT and is basically not visible to the naked eye except for trace amounts showing at the right angle. The reverse has heavy and uneven wear (the letters IM in DIME are not visible at all), and unfortunately the mintmark received a heavy amount of wear causing it to really only be picked up by a camera with the right lighting. Please look at the photos and determine for yourself if this is an 1871-S, as most 1871-S dimes already have a weak/light mintmark compared to other years. Just to be clear, this dime will look like it has no mintmark unless you view it at the right angle with the right lighting!
