It contains regular issue (definitive) stamps from the 1981 & 1982 rate period. The Flag stamps have Scott catalogue numbers 1890 to 1896. The 1981 and 1982 set shows the rate change from 18c to 20c for 1 oz domestic First Class mail. All stamps have full original water-activated gum. Singles and an attached setenant pair of 6c stars and 18c mountains highlights the group. All 1893c booklet pairs are folded between the 2 stamps during production. The pair will be shipped folded as issued. All stamps are block tagged and the 1895 coil will have wide tagging. The stamps will be clean and bright and as always will be problem free. Minor number issues are sold separately as part of our specialized set. Please check the TBR Store for hard to find modern definitive varieties.
