Description: This listing is for a 1900-10s est. Antique INKWELL in the Arts & Crafts style made with hand applied Enamel paint & Japaned Copper body, with a glass insert. The glass does glow green under uv light. It is not marked by a maker or model number- however it very closely if not exactly resembles models made by the Art Crafts Shop Style (Buffalo NY ) and I believe it was made by them. The design is excellent for many rooms and a large variety of decor styles. It makes this an excellent staple piece for your collection, one your friends definitely won’t have! A great collectors item, for use display gifting or decor. It is in good condition, with no major damage. There is some patina under the lid, which could be cleaned at the buyers preference. I have not tried to avoid any damage to the japaning finish. The glass insert has a few small chips on the under rim, but no cracks or major damage.
