Description: Beautiful circa 1900 antique Bohemian iridescent purple threaded glass vase with ruffled inverted top, RARE chess-like figure shape. Unmarked. This is much larger example, then most I seen on internet. There was several different Art Nouveau period glass makers producing similar color art studio glass pieces, including Kralik, Loetz and Austrian Palme-Konig. Unfortunately, not many glass vases survived to this days. It is RARE and hard to find. Dimensions: 7 1/2" high x 6 1/8" widest point Condition: Good Vintage, as found. The colors are Stunning!! The glass shown wear consistent with age and use: small chips on the applied threads, need a little cleaning on the exterior. The vase has minor Manufacturing imperfection: Very tiny line inside the glass, Not a crack ( not visible to a naked eye). Sells as found. Please see all photos for additional details.
