Description: 1902 Solid Silver Edward VII Wee Willie Winkie Chamber Candle Stick Full English Silver Hallmarks for S. W. Smith & Co. London 1902. Weight 158.65g.. The chamber stick base is of round scalloped gadrooned edges, the base has a shell heightened gadrooned rim. The candle holder itself has a stepped bottom and is cylindrical in shape, with a removable dragooned decorated drip tray for catching wax. The C shape handle is also decorated with a similar leaf and dragooned scroll raised decoration, and it supports a slot for the conical candle extinguisher, which fits perfectly. A lovely item. All three pieces have the same makers mark and date marks. Measurements approximately Height 6cm (not including the extinguished) Diameter 11cm (4. 1/4”) Condition is very good, no faults found to the candlestick, the candle extinguisher has a couple of extremely minor use marks.
