Description: 1907 Cover from Gorniy Zerentuy to France. Rare historical item. Gornyi Zerentui was one of the centers of hard labor in Nerchinsk. It was known as a place of exile beginning in the second half of the 18th century, and in 1827 a group of Decembrists and members of the Southern Society were exiled there. In 1905, Gornyi Zerentui became a center of mass exile for participants in the Revolution of 1905–07.
