1911 Slide Release

Description: 1911 Slide Release. Frame in picture is to show fit and not a firearm or for sale. This listing is for 3 slide stops. These are castings and need a little bit of work. This is a chance to get three to have and work on to fit your slide how you want. I have shown in the last two pictures pointing to the casting that’s still on that needs to be worked. There is some filing to do to get these to where they look pretty. But don’t let that hold you back they function and function well. They come out beautiful when done. For me I use them all the time and I have polished them to a high shine, I’ve cerakoted them, blued them and even sent a lot out to be TIN coated and had no issues. With three you can do a lot if you take your time and you’ll have spares. This is old stock I’ve had laying around from a gunsmith buy out and I have way to much to ever get through myself. Almost all of the bins I had with parts had a tag showing the castings as a 17-4 stainless steel and came out of LA from a known caster and were used in some higher end guns from the smith I bought them from.
