Description: This is listing is for an original folk art drawing of President Theodore Roosevelt recently purchased from a local flea market. The original owner said it was left in a house that she purchased many years ago. It is a mourning piece, drawn just six weeks after the President died. The artist used colored pencils, artist crayon and watercolor and it is framed and matted with glass. The frame is original and made of chestnut wood. It measures 17 1/2" X 14 1/2". It is titled "Teddy" and is signed and dated "Ed Strang 2-22-19" in the corner. There is an old Lit Brothers Framing Department tag on the back. Condition: Good-minor wear on the wood.
