Description: 1920s Date Estimate, AMBER GLASS MEDICINE or COSMETIC BOTTLE , half round (photo # 2), XX 2 on base, no other marks, about 2 fluid ounces, 2 1/16 inches tall and 2 inches by 1 inch at the base. Machine Made, Stopper / Cork top bottle.NOTE: The date on this bottle is an estimate, it could be a bit more recent. I have not found information on this particular bottle or the base mark in research done online. The only tidbit I found was "X" marks were sometimes used to denote trial / experimental designs, in particular by Owens-Illinois Glass Co. If this bottle was manufactured by Owens-Illinois, the date would most likely fall in the early to mid 1930s.
