The debates included input from the Governor General, the Council of State, and the Legislative Assembly.Offering a very scarce insight into the governance of India in the early 1920s. CONDITION In a half calf binding, with cloth covered boards. Loss of leather to head of each board at fore edge, with significant worming to board heads in these regions. Hinges reinforced with cloth. Internally, firmly bound. Pages generally bright and clean. Worming to head and fore edge of first twenty leaves, and final ten leaves.
