Kellogg spoke at the unveiling of the Thomas Macdonough Memorial erected in honor of the American Naval Commander who defeated a British Fleet at Lake Champlain 112 years ago, and reviewed members of the Citizens Military Training Camp enrolled there for the August training period. Today, Secretary Kellogg urged a wider and more comprehensive agreement among the world powers in regard to disarmament policies. Mr. Kellogg's views on disarmament were presented after several day's stay at Paul Smith's in conference with President Coolidge.
