Description: 1927 John Hancock Life Insurance Co. Promo Booklet: Peary and the Discovery of the North Pole. Small booklet shows wear to edges and corners, stains, fading, missing top ply along back spine, etc. Small "v" tears along top and bottoms of spine. Pages tight and intact but show age discoloration and some stains and creases. Carl Austin written in pen on inside front cover. There is a piece of tape over the face of Peary on the inside cover. A lot of information in such a small book. Lots of illustrations thru out. Last page has what is left of a sticker I believe that has been removed. Please see photos. Selling as is.
