The report and map covers the area surrounding Greeley framed roughly by Windsor, Johnstown, Gilcrest, Kersey, Gill, Purcell, and Nunn. Although dated 1929 (the year in which the survey was conducted) no publication date is given (probably early 1930's as the 1930 census is referenced). The map is detailed enough to show individual buildings and, of course, the population of the area was much lower in those days. Condition: Wrappers show traces of wear. There is a previous owner name written on the front cover but the report is internally clean with no markings. The map is bright, crisp and clean.
