This model featured a long slit on the blade guard in place of the old stabilizer pin, in addition the top cap has ears on the corners The "New" was available in both the long comb and short comb varieties. This one is the "short comb" version, which in my experience seems to the rarer of the two lengths. * This 90 year old razor appears to be physically sound and fully functional. However it does show a considerable amount of wear from decades of storage and normal usage. * In addition to the razor I am including a tuck of five new "Derby Extra" double-edge razor blades. * Please review all of the photos carefully to ascertain the details and condition of this item.
