Description: 18" 1940 Ideal Shirley Temple Marama doll from my personal collection. She was made to represent the doll from the 1937 Movie "The Hurricane ". This doll is increasingly hard to find in the smaller size, but the 18" is quite difficult to acquire. Her mold is very close to the Shirley mold but has painted eyes, mouth and teeth. She is in excellent restored condition. She does have a small paint scrape on one of her big toes, but otherwise excellent. Her yarn wig is in exceptional condition. Her original grass skirt has some age related color fading, but still looks great on her. She is complete with neck and wrist leis, and floral headpiece.
