The State charges that Mrs. Hey, Charles Mucci, 26, and Edward J. Price, of New York plotted to take Russell Hey's life last October 30, by pushing him over the Palisades in a fake holdup. He might have fallen 200 feet to his death if his body had not struck a ledge fifteen feet from the top. It is reported also, that Mucci is also prepared to change his plea to guilty.
