Featuring an iconic Dutch windmill and cottage on lake scene, this was a promotional or give-away by the shoe store back in the day. Popular in a time before air conditioning was the norm, it dates to the 1940s or so - shoe store used X-Ray to fitting - I actually remember those days! Condition is very nice with age-related tanning on the cardboard back and wear to the tiny pull tabs on the fan edges with a few faint rubs and wear to the top edge from handling.
