New York, March 4--Opera Tenor Loses Paternity Suit--Mary Phillips (left) and Ferruccio Tagliavini (right), Metropolitan Opera tenor, are shown as they left court here today after two of three special session justices named Tagliavini as the father of Miss Phillips' 17-month-old daughter. The decision in Miss Phillips' paternity suit against the singer orders him to pay $25 a week for child support, $300 for expenses of her birth, and $750 toward Miss Phillips' attorney fees.
