Description: POWER STEERING HOSE SET FOR 1954-1955 FORD OR MERCURY This set of 4 reproduction hoses fits all 1954 and 1955 Ford cars with V-8 and Mercury cars produced before approximately Feb. 1, 1955 NOTE- Both the pressure hose and return hose have female fittings at the pump end. The return hose connects to a fitting attached to the pump body. The oil is returned into the pump body rather than into the reservoir. Later style pumps have a tube coming off the reservoir and the return hose does not have a fitting but is just pushed onto the tube and secured with a hose clamp. Many cars have had components changed over the years so please check how the hoses connect to the power steering pump.
