Description: 1954 TOPPS SCOOP #23 Card With Black Coating War In South Korea. See Images. Right black coating bar has been scraped not sure by what. It appears to have scraped below surface of card. Right edge of front has some staining. Reverse has light foxing/toning, stain in bottom left corner & ink stain on right edge. Very little wear. I'm no expert on grading so won't attempt it other than ebay forcing me to. B2-2 I started selling on here in 1998. I actively listed till around 2013. Then allowed the listings to die a slow death.
