In the Fifties, Disney's Davy Crockett TV series was a huge, huge, hit, and Topps capitalized on this by issuing two 80 card series of full color cards showcasing the show. These were among the last cards Topps issued in their classic, slightly larger size. The sets remain very popular with collectors. Here I have card #22a "A Close Call" from the more difficult green backed series; condition is acceptable with corner wear (see scans for condition).
