Miss Washington (shown in a March 13, 1957 file photo) was taken into custody at her apartment and booked on a felonious assault charge. Police said the arrest was made on a complaint by Lois Green of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, who said Miss Washington pointed a gun at her during an argument over money she said the singer owes her for evening gowns designed for night club appearances.Photo measures 6.5 x 8inches.
