Autos, history; And Away They Go--At the tiller of their "new" 1903 surrey are Edward Steele and his son Douglas, 10, of Ypsilanti. The elder Steele, a process engineer at Ford's Rawsonville plant, won the car in a nationwide contest. Although it's a 1903 replica, there's one modern touch -- the old-timer has directional signal lights. Steele beat out some 12,000 other competitors in guessing that the E.W.
