Description: Travel back in time with this Selmer Signet 100 clarinet. The serial number stamped on the back of the upper joint is 174605. 100 Selmer Signet USA is stamped on the upper and lower joints. We bought it from the original owner, who was gifted it new in the early 1960s. She excelled in her school band and kept fine care of the instrument. Cosmetically, it looks good. There is some ordinary age and play wear, but no cracks. Some of metal finish on the key mechanisms is tarnished. Functionally, the key mechanisms and pads are in decent condition. The cork is in good condition. It comes with a Goldentone 3 mouthpiece, metal ligature, and a plastic mouthpiece cap. It comes in a hard Signet case. The handle, latches, and hinges all work. Questions? It will be well packed with plenty of new 1/2" bubble wrap and shipped in a new 18"x19"x7" stout cardboard instrument box.
