Description: 1964 Ford Thunderbird Up for auction is a 1964 Ford Thunderbird coupe with Ford 390 V8, factory air, power steering, power brakes with front disc brakes added. Car has a beautiful black exterior paint job with excellent white interior with absolutely no rips or tears anywhere! Of course, this car has the “swing away” steering column and the factory rear fender skirts (which normally have been lost on many T-Birds) to give it that “classic” look. There is an aftermarket stereo system, and the air conditioning blows ice cold! All of the gauges in the interior function as they should. Under the hood is a 390 V8 engine with Holley 4 barrel carburetor that runs like a champ with no leaks or mechanical issues, this car is a fantastic survivor and so much fun to drive. On the hood there is an aftermarket tachometer that is not “butchered” into the hood and can be removed in 5 minutes if the next owner doesn’t like it. The car also has aftermarket late model Ford Mustang wheels that you can see in the photos and look fantastic on the T-Bird. Has an aftermarket Grant steering wheel, good luck trying to find a good or better original for this period of T-Bird.
