I think this is a Vintage TNT Barbie Twist N Turn Summer Sand Ash Blonde Barbie doll dated 1966. She needs to visit the beauty salon. I tried to give her a bath but I did not do anything with her hair. There is a spot on her arm that did not wash off, and marks on her feet and legs. I think there are pale light green areas around her ears. Both of her legs bend / click? into 3 positions and stay in that position when bent.
