Description: Sort of a bright appearance of a better grade coin and detail is nice, the coin has a lot of fine surface stuff looks like it resulted from normal circulation, I don't believe it has been cleaned, but not 100% sure. Based on factors in my opinion XF range coin. Please see the pics and if you collect these probably can grade better than I can.
