Description: Super cool, and fairly rare 1970’s Made in Japan Alvarez 00 12 fret guitar. Similar to a Golden Era Martin 00-18 but with a slightly deeper body not unlike a Nick Lucas. In incredible condition for its age. Very responsive guitar currently strung with light gauge steel, with nice action with saddle to spare. Ships in non original Martin 00 12 fret thermoplastic case.
