This handbook is in great shape. With the exception of the writing at the top of the 1st page, I see no other writing, scribbling, or notes inside. I only found 8 pages that were dogeared together aas one. There is yellowing from age. I also did not see any rips. The pages are dated 5/72-10/74, & are identified as being Litho'ed in the USA. The vintage binder is in pretty decent shape, with light wear and light spine damage. The handbook is in looseleaf form.
