Gil Acosta - Complaint dismissed - A complaint charging Gil Acosta, (right) 28, field worker for the Houston Teacher's Association, with trespassing on Houston School District property was dismissed today by Corporation Court Judge C. Raymond Justice who said the complaint was improperly drawn. Acosta, shown with attorney Charles A. Keilin, was arrested January 18 at Jane Long Junior High School, 6501 Bellaire Boulevard, where he had gone to hear a teacher's complaint. The school principal, William E. Thompson, called police, he said, because Acosta refused to wait to see the teacher and wandered through the school hallways. Photo measures 8 x 10.25inches. Photo is dated 02-26-1973.
