Description: I got this motor with a blaster 400 project I got about 4-5 years ago, motor turns over smooth, and shifts through all gears. has great compression. I heard it run for a second when I bought it, but have not heard it run since, never got the chance to ride it, so all I know is that it was running at one time. motor got pulled and sat in my shed ever since, so it's being sold as is. the decompression valve has been blocked off and bypassed. kick starter was shortened to fit in the blaster. intake boot should be replaced, but still works. no cracks, or repairs to the cases or side covers. as far as I know this will only fit a 1976 yamaha it400. clutch actuator on bottom. please verify this is the correct year you need before purchase. any questions, please feel free to ask! thanks!!
