Description: This is a vintage Space Mountain pin that was given to cast members as they got a preview of the attraction before it opened at Disneyland in 1977. It was not available to the general public. It measures about 2.5" in diameter. The white lettering has faded a bit with age. When Space Mountain opened at Disneyland, it was called, "The most incredible attraction in 22 years." Disneyland opened in 1955. It's hard to believe it's been over twice that long (47 years) since the attraction opened. Please contact me with any questions.
