All records sold in lots are graded visually only at a glance and are not cleaned. They may have some dust and fingerprints which are not considered in grade. These records are shipped just as I've received them, thus I'd recommend at least a dry brush cleaning before playing. The grade is for the vinyl itself, please note pictures for the sleeve. If there is a visual warp, that will be noted, but we don't test them on a table. Any inner sleeve or add ons are included, I try to picture those with the records. I try to take at least 1 picture of each record itself, and if one side has more prominent markings then the other, I picture that side. If the record does not have an inner sleeve, I will add one, so every record should have an inner sleeve. All records are in playable condition unless otherwise noted. A record graded VG- is a considerably flawed record that may skip on a low quality table. Records graded G+ or lower are assumed to have skips and other playback issues. If you are looking for excellent quality, individually cleaned records, carefully graded records delivered to you in new outer and inner sleeves, I'd recommend looking at my many other listings. 7 inch records will be shipped in secured in poly mailer, then double sided cardboard, and placed in a larger poly mailer. If a pic of the inner groove has not been provided, please message and one will be sent. Record grading: Below are details of how records are graded. Records are graded conservatively and follow Gold Mine's grading standard. The vinyl grade is first followed by the sleeve grade. If there is a noticeable mark on the record, there will be a picture in the description following the picture of that side of the record. So, first will be a picture of the vinyl side A or B, then will be a closer picture of whatever flaw there is taken in a brighter, more direct light. Most flaws look more significant in the bright lighting then they really are to the records play. Sleeve grading is a bit more evident in the picture itself. I will never grade a used vinyl higher than a NM-. I will never grade a used sleeve higher then an EX+. Anything given those grades is the best one could expect for an open copy. Grades are as follows: SS: Still sealed: Record is in its original seal and has not been played. NM- Near Mint Minus. The highest grade I will give a used record. Shiny surface free from any visible mark. The only thing better is a new record in sealed shrink wrap. EX Excellent. Used to differentiate a record just barely not mint. Will have only one visible flaw that is certain to not effect playback. VG++ Very good plus plus; A great record that will have a very minimal amount of light visual marks on the disc with little to no effect on the sound VG+: Very good plus. The record has been played regularly and is showing minor signs of wear . Surface marks are evident and there will be minor audible clicks and pops VG: Very good. A well played, average record with more visible surface wear than above grades. Will have audible clicks, pops and surface noise but will play through without skips. This should be expected to be a flawed, far for perfect record. VG- : Very good minus. Deeper more apparent scratches or scuffs that will effect the play of the record, but should still play through without skips or interruption. The lowest grade I would list unless the record is particularly rare. This will be a considerably flawed record. G: Good. Heavy wear, deeper scratches and noticeable sound quality deterioration, possibly with distortion, loud clicks, and pops. Possible skipping. All of my products are thoroughly checked during the procurement, listing and shipping processes. I try to grade conservatively because I'd rather you be pleasantly surprised by the quality of a record then disappointed. Grades are, of course, subjective and I sometimes miss things.
