Description Up for sale are 1982 20¢ State Birds and Flowers, Scott #1953-2002, Full Pane of 50, MNH, XF/S. Issue: April 14, 1982. Issued to showcase wildlife artists Arthur and Alan Singer's watercolor paintings. These panes have been archived in ITOYA Acid/PVC/Lignin Free folios since acquisition. Their colors are as brilliant as the day of issue. Plate/Sheet positions, stock scans and plate # of these panes vary. If multiple subjects are present, the block groupings may vary from pane to pane. Being sold AS-IS, Stock Photo.
