Description: The official LAOOC 12-page operating manual for the official 1984 Olympic Torch printed in GREEK. The closed manual measures 4.25" x 11". The Greek manual is rare. Because of the controversy over commercialization of the torch run, the Greek torch run from Olympia to Athens was cancelled. This is the operating manual that was supposed to accompany the Olympic Torches that were NOT run in Greece. Included in the photos are excerpts from the 1984 LAOOC OLYMPIC RETROSPECTIVE describing the cancellation of the Greek portion of the Olympic Torch run. The 1984 LAOOC OLYMPIC RETROSPECTIVE is the paperback version of the Olympic Report and I am currently selling these in another listing.
