Description: I just love this Thuya Brown color! The more you read about these pens the more you love them. I was very fortunate to find this fountain pen in the original box with converter and paper instruction insert. This pen had been used but cleaned up beautifully. Parker produced this model in Paris and the gold nib is marked 585 which to us Americans is 14kt. Feed is marked M but to me it is somewhere between a fine and medium. Date code is on the cap ring and indicates a year of production of 1984. Pictures are intended to indicate condition. With a microscopic scratch I'm sure somewhere and a barely detectable loss of plating on (of all things) the thin spacer between section and barrel I will confidently grade this pen as very good. PS- I almost forgot to mention the triangular gripping section (which helps date it) and makes it fit the user's hand like a glove!
